I have searched high and low, short of calling a dealer to make sure interchangeable airbags for the 1999 TL. I know the driver side airbag fits with many years of TL and CL. I have done a search on car-parts.com and it seemd the 1999 Passenger side has to come out of another 1999 Acura TL. I would like to know if any of you experts on this board have any suggestions.

Im not sure of the year change if it was 01 or 02 but in one of those years they went to 2 stage airbags which wont work with the 99 system. The other years i believe are the same

Don't know if you still need airbags but if you do, a great place to check out is fivestarairbagsdotcom. I purchased some for a Thunderbird and I got a great deal for both airbags plus the module. I think it was like $200 shipped.
