You wrapping the window trim, or molding new pieces? Either way it should look sweet.

And you need to take more pics and do a diy, even a basic diy

^ it's a real CF skin. but it's not coming out how i had hoped. for some reason the resin got all discolored in some places. it looks like shit.

once i figure out what i am doing, ill make a carbon fiber DIY. i need to learn it myself first though.

I meant are you wrapping them in real cf or making a mold and making a whole new piece in cf, also if it discolored make sure the resin is evenly mixed, and spread evenly

Is it the picture quality or something, but what happened with the corner of your rear lip?

Thanks! The rear lip is sagging so it's held up by duct tape so the mufflers don't melt it. The car is going into the body shop to do the rear bumper, lip, and trunk soon.

Working on getting an exhaust clip. Just got some additional work done yesterday. 3 inch from cat back, dynomax resonator, 2.25 inch to each muffler, realigned rear mufflers for Wings West lip. It is LOUD but not raspy at all. Very deep and mean sounding. I get wheelspin all the way through 1st and 2nd gear. Kinda want to get headers now.

Your car looks so nice. Only thing that bothers me is the red Mirrors. I think a Brushed Aluminum like the Audi's have would look better. But either way nice car. The Black is so Glossy.

Hmmm, brushed aluminum eh? I didn't even think of that. It would look pretty good. I'll consider getting some aluminum vinyl and trying it out. Thanks for the compliments!

Damn it took you long enough, and light a xmas tree on fire in your neighborhood, thats havoc. A little exhaust noise never killed anyone.

Aslo in the driveway reving it sounds alittle fart cany buy personally what bothers me about exhaust is drone, you can't really compare the two but my friend had a camed out z28 with slp loud mouth and straight pipes and that thing wakes the dead at idle and the drone is ridiculous....thats his daily btw

Well I just didn't want to do multiple drive by's and have the neighbors call the cops on me or something. They know me and they know that's my car.

I wish you could hear it in real life man. My crappy mic doesn't do this exhaust justice. Does drone a bit but at WOT...wow.

As y'all have seen in previous pics, my trunk is ruined. So I finally said fuck it and layed the CF down.

I didn't lay it down too straight (I did this by myself) but I actually don't mind the imperfections. With the resin on, I don't think it will look bad.

more sanding and then a 5th and hopefully final coat of epoxy. This is a ton of work! Then the car goes to the body shop to get the rear bumper and lip refitted and painted and the trunk will get clear coated with extra UV protection. I'm really worried about the epoxy yellowing in the sun.

yeah the traditional 3k 2x2 would've been easier to epoxy too. although it falls apart easier when on its own.

definitely going with 2x2 for the hood.

Car looks a lot better now with the mirrors not being completely red. CF trunk should look real nice, just make sure to wet sand it a good amount of times. Good luck!
