The reason why I was thinking that is so I can have my wheels straight(normal tire wear) n take turns or bumps without scraping. N to put people in the rear if I need to. Plus our gens have lil fenders unlike the 3rd gens so it will just be the top that flares but still can see the lip from the sides. Or have the inside part of the fender that gets rolled pulled outwards n have it shaved off.

LOL u misunderstood what I meant when I said scraping is inside the rear fender with the tires. I dont mind the lip scraping so much. When I hit a bumpy area or turn in at a sharp angle I hear the rear tires scrap

I only have one problem with rolling my fenders really good n that is that I have bondo on the right rear fender. So later on if I want a real good job on my fenders so I dont scrap tires is to cut out that section of bondo n weld on another piece from a junked TL or go throught the dealer. Then after thats done I should be good to go. No more scraping issues.
