Which Wheels?

Alright so I am having a slight dilemma, one of my Work wheels is damaged beyond repair... and getting a hold of another one is very difficult and very expensive... so I think its time for a change... gonna go with a set of 18s since I am living in the city... so my question is which color... silver or anthracite... here is what the car looks like now.

and here are the rims I'm thinkin about

what are your thoughts guys... i'm stuck

im guessing your going to spend about 800-900 for those wheels, without tires? well if thats the case, a new work wheel is about the same amount for your wheel. I would stick with the works or roll on stocks.

the quote I got for the work wheel was 1050... w/o a tire and shipping...I'm also gonna need new tires for my 19s soon... so thats another 5-600 ... I can get those rims for a hair over a grand w/ tires like 1050 so... at this time period the einkeis are a better deal for me... believe me like I said I'd love to stick w/ the works, and I'm going to keep the three good ones for a little while to see if I can maybe get another one later on... but at the moment I can't afford to drop all that cash... and w/ my stockies... they won't fit over my BBK so... i'd do that if i could

You're leaving me? You're my twin.
I agree with everybody else. Save the money and get the WORK rim fix. I get so many compliments on mine. If you have to just roll on the stockies for now. No shame in that.

my advice would be to run a spacer in order to clear bbk...i did that for a little while on mine...and then in the meantime you don't have to spend money on a second-choice wheel...i can tell you really like your works...i like them a lot too...so in that meantime you can save up and get those work wheels back on ur sweet ride...

ahh ic, you have the 16" stockies...well what do you think about getting a set of type s wheels? would probably be a cheaper route than those enkeis (like from the black market, with tires) for you to get something to roll on for now w/spacers...or even ronjon 17 servos are sweet and will clear no problem without spacers or anything...this might be a good idea so you can save up for work in the meantime...and you can always sell a type s set usually easily in the black market because people always want them, so you can get some $$ back...lol i just want to see those works stay on ur car, they're sweet, and look great on ur ride...hope it helps dude, good luck

I agree, Stock Type-S's and just save up for the replacement Work wheel. Not that the Enki's look horrible it's just that they're not Works and they are not right for ur car like those Works were.

BTW: There's a set of stockies on the BM right now for 500 w/ tires.

the lug holes are bored out... not sure how that happened but, basically it can't be tourqued right anymore. i'll try to take some pictures at some point. as far as the 950 shipped goes, thats a good pirce but then I gotta think about 4 new tires too, so your talking about 600+ for tires, mounting, balancing, etc... its 2k before the day is over. thats a grand more than I have to play with. I'd like to get a set of the 17 inch stockers but, I just think the enkeis are a better choice for me long term. I hate having to buy things twice.

do you read threads much? you say you don't care about make &%$*, but you follow up that statement with OZ makes 1pc forged wheels. take a closer look at Phrosttz0's statement.

no one is talking about 1pc forged wheels.

i doubt most people only like "works because of how much they cost". if there was a $100 wheel that was a 3-pc forged wheel, you don't think there'd be much of a market for them?

figure it out.
