Updated 3000K HID Yellow Fog Pics..in the snow!!!
Team TL,
I swapped out my Philips 4100K HID fog bulbs and put back in my 3000K bulbs for the remainder of winter. The yellow light really works good with snow, especially here in Colorado..we've been getting slammed with snow this year! The 4100K bulbs will probably go back in this spring or when I get bored with the 3000K bulbs.
Anyway, I thought I would take some pics to show you how effective the HID fogs are. I took multiple angles, especially focusing on the width of the beam. Not sure why the camera didn't capture the yellow colors so well, but it was freezing and I'm sure the battery is low. Plus I didn't use the flash. Trust me, the lights are much more yellow than they look on these pics.
Anyway, here you go. I also have a thread in the DIY section that talks about the brand of HID kit, the install procedures and fog light aiming instructions if you have any questions. https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=142675
Here are the pics, again, sorry for the not so great pic quality...
The width of the beam (Snowbank on the right is sort of blocking the full width on right side)
View to the left of the car
View to the right of the car
View from inside the car to the left side
View from inside the car to the center
View from inside the car to the right (Snowbank is blocking the light a little)

Sorry about you not getting the 6000K's. I think the price may have been too low!! But, they are sold and installed in member Amgala's car now and he loves. them! He did literally beat you out on dibs by a few minutes!!
