TL Curtain Pictures

so ive seen about 2 guys on here do it. one being rev-01 and the other is his friend with the SSM TL. personally i think it completes the luxury interior.

im about to buy some (and man they are expensive) and will check measurements and everything.

but in the meantime, anyone else here have TL with curtains and would care to share? or any car with curtains for that matter.

another guy brandon down here runs some too... front/back
i love this car so much. lol

not the best pic to show em though.

IMO though accessories like this are best when they complete the feel / style of the car. stuff like curtains, etc. wont flow./match a car with a sporty look, or ghettofugly wheels, etc...

IMO. (not saying anything bout your ride just in general).

yo s1ck i forgot to mention the rods top and bottoms are held on only by double-stick 3m tape. unless you wanna go more extreme than that. all 4 rods have a little round clip @ the ends on both sides so you cant just slide the curtain all the way off.

For those who lives in So Cal, I think SuperAutobac sell those curtains. They also have lots of stuff for VIP and the price is ridiculous!

for brand garson, price is near/around $250 per PAIR brand new. if you wanna run fronts and backs, you're lookin at half a grand.

as stated before i only have rears as of now 'cause i havent got around to pickin up front set yet.

they aint cheap... if you find a cheap set, you're buying cheap shit.

Yup, III is right. the curtains are not a cheap VIP item. Its bascially used back in the day in japan cause the boss use to roll in the back of the car. so they use the curtains for privacy. thats what i think the curtains was used for back in the day. Now a days it became the style mainly because of Junction Produce.

I love them. i wish i could afford them. but man they are rediculous. Go on www.vipstylecars.com and they have vendors that sells them. they are like III said $250+ depending on the color, style, and size. i did a search on them. they are very simple and easy to install. just takes some time to mount the sliding rails up nice and neat on the window trim. but hey at least you can have your own privacy in the back of your TL. haha and i dont mean being a yakuza haha. jp.

Hey III how much does Rev sell the Curtains for?? can he get the Napolex ones??

Curtains belong in living rooms, kitchens, and other rooms in a house. I dont see the purpose of having curtains in a freakin car. I think thats why they made window tint.

If its for looks, then I guess its cool....... well it would be cool cause it blocks out the sun, kinda like curtains in a house...... but anyway, I would rather spend 400 on something important, like a 4 foot wing, and awesome vinyls to place on my car to look "cool"
