woa, you applied too much wax and not evenly distributed on the car. Wax should be applied a thin layer as much as possible and evenly entire the car. Too much wax is hard to remove and waste of wax. I can see some spots that has no wax on.

I think that first things first, you need to get rid of that “A” on the back. There are no Type-R Acura's, the red looks bad.

May I suggest a visit to the Off Topic area (see link at top right corner of every azine page)- Wash and Wax section
In order to FIX the damage from the car wash brushes:
You need to claybar the entire car to get surface contaminents off and leave it glass smooth- now you are working the critical area
Then some medium polishing compound for 1500 grit type scratches
Followed by fine cut polishing compound for super fine 2000 grit type scratches
Next is a base coat of plain polish with no cleaner--as a sealer for the paint
Then a final coat of WAX- to protect to the finish against UV rays and crud.
Synthetic wax last longer and protects better
There are carnuba-synth blended spray waxes that leave the wet look shine
Several good examples of disaster!!! to diamond~ are found in the wash threads
Everything you need to know is there-
a trip to auto paint supply store will yield the best compounds- they sell to body shops...so they know what you need, not the garbage at parts store

The differance will amaze you--

BTW- tiny circles from a random orbital buffing machine are ok- they buff out

by hand- try using straight strokes- that will leave a better finish, no swirls is the goal!!
just pure reflection

I can't believe that you guys just drove him away. I can't see the pics but my info is that you can't better at something if you don't do it multiple times so eventually you will get better at waxing.

You can get better if you actually do it the right way and know what you're doing. I'm no expert by any means, but it was a hell of a botched waxed job that I saw earlier. He said that it was his buddy that did the job for him.

co1063 - Read up in the Wash and Wax Section for the proper ways to detail.
