WHOA crazy edit. it kinda looks too..... idk how to describe it. it kinda looks like everything is almost melting with the way it's edited.
what kind of camera did you use for these shots?
Just my two cents, but next time you go out night shooting try to stay away from yellow street lights and try to find the cleanest light possible for the easiest white balance.
Having a high ISO setting on your camera will help.
you almost NEED a tripod for night shots.. to get a good night shot you're aperture should be adjusted so the camera stays open to allow in the most light. the slightest movement will blur the photo.
IMO having a crisp look is 10x better than having one that looks like everything is melting but that's all up to the artist.

Funny thing about my rear lip, it came rolled up, It was in a box actually half of its complete size, at first I was like WTF?? Then opened the box up to see what was up, seen it rolled up so I had to stretch it out for a day or 2, you just gotta love that material....
