I once started a tread asking for scooped hoods. And yours is the first tl i have seen with scoops. I know in the pics they were not installed yet.

I had to look at it for like 5 mins and I still Dont know what to say.

My only answer is Its not the look I am waiting for.

I think it would look better with some shiny 19in chrome rims.!

Good luck

whats funny is, me and eric were just talking about how in order to get props on this site from ANYONE you have to have big ass rims and a drop. its not all about the "bling bling" people... well, maybe for some of us it is. give people props for doing something different to their car rather than just "picking out a nice set of rims"

well just to let you know if you gonna put the scoops on mold it and cover the vent area like cover the air hole so air wont be able to go into it cuz it will crack it. I had a scoop on mine like 2 yrs ago and i bolted mines down not molded and i was going like 115 it rip off and flew off so just an advise cover the holes or it will rip like mines. and your car doesn't look bad with the scoops on justs needs a aggressive kit.

I think your car looks damn good rims and drop dont make a car. You could throw rims on an old beat up buick and the car will not be any better. but everyone gets there fix there own way.-- Where did you get the grill from im having trouble finding one.

FixedTL- dam that musta been some scary sh*t...what kinda scoop did u have? where was it? do u have any pics? thnx
therockshow - to install those (mold them onto the hood) im guessing they would charge me somewhere around $500..that includes repainting the hood...this is aroudn the same price for a C/F hood...what do u guys think? scoops or c/f hood
thnx

LOVE the grille!! Don't know about the scoops, though. I think it's a little bit too much. But if you think it looks good, then you should keep them. I personally don't like mods such as hood scoops that are non-functional (no turbo or ram-air).
