Previously unreleased photo of the TL + S2000 shoot

A couple of you asked for me to post pics of my new S2000 once I have them up... here they are (finally).

Most likely unless they are wider than 8 inches. The s2000s run about the same offset as the TL

17x7 front 17x8.5 rear, not sure about the offset.

If only the frontPLOW spoiler wasn't so... protruding, I would dig it more. All the other tweaks are nice and surely aimed towards an autocrosser/tracker. Got a chance to see it about a month ago, got to say all the details look better in person than pictures.

Ohh you'll love it

Start checking up on s2ki if you haven't already... I remember registering about 2 years BEFORE I got the car to check on the Model Year changes & members' rides

After driving it for almost 3 months now, I have to say I get that little kid giggle whenever jumping into the car to go a-n-y-w-h-e-r-e. Even school. The car just gives me that sense of satisfaction absent in the TL. The engine sounds, good LORD it is music to any motor head's ears. I took off the intake box cover and my goodness it turns the VTEC engagement sound like an angry monster. RAAAAAAAAAHHH!

So the engine is rev happy, sounds amazing, enough power stock for this little 2850 pounder (always room for more though

). The tranny is CRISP and a delight to throw up or down. The chassis & suspension is very responsive (compared to most cars i've driven), although AP2s have a more 'floaty' feeling because Honda tweaked the rear to lessen oversteer tendency. Simple fix with a set of quality coilovers or spring/shock combo. Practicality isn't bad with a decent trunk - enough to get your groceries OR (not and) a golf bag, I think. Gas mileage in the mid 20s with mixed driving. And yes, I drive pretty hard.

Speaking of which, I was running with a NSX today up & down a mountain... kept up very well! The NSX owner even praised me for esp. for running that road for the 1st time

Remember to buy a tight fitting cap & bust out your shades once you get the s2k... you'll need them!

the cutoff is beautiful. the brightness is gorgeous. the color is just right. I bet you would know!! haha. Doubt I'll be going for aftermarket replacement bulbs until they blow *knock on wood.

Perhaps in the future when I hardcore-out the s2k for track use hehe. Right now i absolutely ENJOY the convertable soft top - up when too hot/cold/raining, down at all other times!

nice S2k. Actually there is this guy in vegas that has thoughs same wheels. well actually if you picked up last months modified mag it was the cover car. its a white AP2 with a lot of ASM parts. hes on this local forums. its a sick ride. he has the Works you want in white. but his car is white. so it matches pretty nice. I always loved the s2k. i think if i wanted a convertable id buy that one and not a miata. haha. keep us posted.

I agree, the wheels you got in that pic there are wayyy nicer than the ones I slapped on it, I just found a good pick of those black ones on the web and had 20 minutes to kill...
Maybe I can find those ones...get her lookin reeeeaal mean
