Pics of new rims....opinions please!

Hey guys, I just picked up a new set of rims...and I need to decide which I should keep....do you guys like the chrome Lowenharts better...

or the polished SSR's better.....I still need to change the tires to 235's, so the tires look a little too thin.

Any comments are appreciated.

i think
the lowenharts = sporty-ness
while SSR's = classy-ness. your call.

The polished finish of the second set are better than the chrome, BUT, I'm not really feeling the "disc" look of the second set.

I guess if I had to pick, I'd go with the Lowenharts.

i love the 2nd ones. if wheels like those werent so damn expensive, i'd have them by now. they look so unique and understated and classy.

of course, the lowenharts are badass too, but if i had the choice, it would be the 2nd ones.

Keep the SSR's for sure. I've been wanting to get those rims too. Car looks amazing with the SSR's.

Where did you get them and how much were the rims?

And of the SSRs.....

Personally I suggest you to put on your type-S rims back man, because it looks better than your given choices.

i've looked at the work euroline dh which are similar to those ssr's. i absolutely love them!! i say stick with the ssr's. this is the first wheel i have seen with a dish wheel. msot people wouldnt go for this look... but thats because most of them go for some cheap ass wheels.

i never thought the SSR style of wheel would look good on the TL....but boy, did you prove me wrong...those are SICK, and NOBODY has em...the dish on the back doesnt look bad either...I would definately stick with the SSRs, and if you decide not to, PM me with a price!

I like the SSR's because they are different and they remind me of the AMG monoblocks. If you do end up wanting to get rid of the SSR's PM me and I will take them off your hands for sure!!!

The first one is nice... the thing is, lot's of people have those wheels already (BR5 Right?), try something different. My .02 cents... Remember, the idea behind moding is being different, others may not like it… but ultimately your opinion is the one that counts. Good luck!

definitely the Lowenharts...I agree with some of the others that the SSR's belong on a Benzo or something similar. The Lowenharts are a little played out in my opinion but still match better than the SSR's...

both look nice, but i would go with lowenharts cuz they fit the style of the TL better... the SSRs would be good for a real luxury car, or if your TL was black (looks classier..)..

anyways, that's a clean ride you got!

Totally different style of rims.
I guess you got tired of the Lowenharts? Around these parts where I live, people would kill for those (literally). I do prefer the looks of pic 1 but it's been done here before. The shots in pic 2 -- much different style. If you wanna go different, pick the 2nd one. Toss up. All I know is you got expensive tastes in rims.
