Stock still looks good! I like the first pic...nice view. Perhaps you may consider dropping the car in the near future?

Looking good there! You should take off your mud guards asap. They scratch up your body pretty bad.

Lodoss, I considered dropping the car, but I'm undecided if I want to get the body kit - if I drop it, fuggedaboudit! I'll be ripping the crap out of it LOL

ill tl, I'm always cleaning under the mudguards where it meets the bumper, so I've never had a problem - do they make white mudguards to match the paint? How do you think that would look??

Nothing wrong with a stock car. Mine is stock as well. I've got a mortgage and other expenses so I don't think I'm gonna drop a whole bunch of money on an already nice and expensive car. Yours looks fine, even with the splashguards black. Gives the car an accent. I too have been cleaning under mine by pulling them away and wiping. Didn't see any wear under there. Was going to take them off, but it looks like the wheels have to come off to do so. Even the stubby screwdriver that someone suggested was too big to fit in there.

When I first got the car I already had bodykits installed. You are right to be afraid of scratching and scrapping underneath the car if you are going to drop it. I had this dilemma as well. But you know what? It's not as bad as you think. I dropped mine with Comptech and I have never scrapped at all and I'm not that careful either over bumps.

Although Comptech drops are not that noticeable, when I see stock pics of a TL, I can tell a big difference! It's like comparing an SUV to a sports car. So even if you are considering getting bodykits in the near future, you can also drop it with Comptech knowing that you will be safe from scraps, scratches, etc. Believe me it's not that bad.

Lodoss - thanks for that information - I'll keep it in mind. Can you share pics of your dropped TL?

thanks
