^ ya it does. the mesh/chicken wire ruins it. i believe these pictures were taken right when he got the car out the body shop. i can't find the pictures of the car complete with the fog lights and w/o the mesh.

VIP is meant for big body RWD sedans. The TL can only be "VIP Styled or Inspired", but it is not a true VIP platform and it never will be.

As for the styling cues of the car above..during the time I don't think the VIP scene was big here yet. I would say his car is just modified to his own personal taste. Since during that time fender flares and body kits were the thing to do. He just took it to another level by having the Value Sports kit and wing.

sorry i meant to say vip inspired.
basically i was saying that his car is an example of what people did who wanted the current "VIP" look but didn't really know what that was.

and with a different set of rims, normal black tint, black window visors, saber grill, and mugen spoiler; that car would be amazing.
