Looks real good phee...I'm about to order my K-Sport Coil overs and keeping it on the Stock TL type S rims...I've seen a few pics...I like the door handles painted...

Anyone has carbon fiber door pillars? Mine are worn out and looks like crap now..

man 3g cookie cutter stockies look BOMB. acura so should have spec'd 8". the offset is the same between generations, but that extra inch makes thems flush up on the sides. you don't even need a big drop to make pull this off proper, they fill out the shadows in the wheel well, almost any drop will work but 2" is probably perfection.


question for TSX wheels, i'm interested in these if they line up as well as 3g tl's.

also this thread should just be renamed the OEM+ Wheel Thread as there is sort of a mixed batch in here which is perfect for people looking at one of these 5 or so sets of rims.

You guy's cars w/ Aspec 18's look great. Your car is missing one small thing in my eye. An M3 style lip spoiler...LOL. The Aspec wheels from the TL does have one plus for your model. The offset is +45 vs. your stock +55. This is a plus because the wheels are flush with the body of your cars. Great looking cars you two. I love modders that just update their cars to todays newer cars.

I wish they made a CSL style spoiler for the 2g, the mugen is dope but I cant justify that kind of money for one. They are pretty flush already but spacers def help get it the rest of the way. I'm only running 7 mil right now but after seeing 03's and pondering it since he posted a while back I might be going thicker as well

They don't rub now but it took a lot of work to get to this stage. Roll front and rear fenders plus pull rear fenders. I can now fit +15 offset with natural camber

what size tires did you put on your 3g rims? im debating between 235/45 or 235/40... i know its not that much of a difference but im really worried about rubbing. I'll have my car dropped 2" in the front and 1.6" in the back if that makes any difference.

Hi everyone. I'm a first time poster on the forum, but I've referred to the forum many times in the past when planning for parts or modifications for my 2002 TL. Anyway, just wondering if anyone knew what kind of lip kit and splitter is on the red TL that Rockstar posted on the first page of this whole thread? I think it looks great and would love that kind of look for my red TL. Thanks for the help
