New fenders, new bumper, new hood, new lights. (Well not new as in brand new but new to you. ) Not sure if there are any underlying parts you have to change.

When you slam your car or ride low enough running a stretched tire helps make sure the tire doesn't hit the fender and will go more towards the wheel well when you dip or when there is shock travel. This is also helpful when one runs an aggressive setup for example: 8.5 wide rims or more, or an aggressive offset, or if one runs spacers.
BTW, I am running 19 x 8.5 with a +45 offset and I am running a P225/35R19 slightly stretched.
*Note: I would't recommend tracking or driving aggressively on stretched tires as there is already a degree of stress on the sidewalls. There a a couple of threads in regards to this, so stretch at your own discretion.
