New pics - 01-03 Civic fogs on 99 TL (56K nono)

Just got done installing these today. Was using my roommate's old camera and didn't really know how to work the settings but couldn't mess with it too much b/c it runs on AA batteries. They came out OK, but I think I will take some more when I get the new camera.

Looks like perfect fit.

On the 01-03 Civic foglights, did you use 2dr or 4dr model or does it matter?
Are they OEM foglight or Ebay JDM style Foglight?

Looks like it came from the factory like that. Very nice install. All 99-01 owners should consider this.

Lovin it!!!

Not to discourage you on your great job but on some pics a sign of light is coming through the gaps. You might want to look into that just incase it starts to snow or something and it doesn't get all up in there. It's always good to make it THAT much better.

Yea they are 01-03 Civic fogs 2/4dr. I don't really think it matters if they are OEM or not, they should look the same.

Are you talking about this pic? It's actually a reflection off the bumper, they are sealed all the way around.

Snow? I'm in FL
Hasn't snowed here in years, maybe a decade now

I just got some OEM paint in a spray can from TowerPaint.com to color match my headlights when I clear them, but I think I will leave it black for now.

I kind of like the contrast of the black housings

Damn those look nice. You have to get some HIDs in there now. Was the install hard at all?

I don't know about HIDs, but I was thinking about ordering some new H11 bulbs. There are some on eBay that are hyperwhite and say they are 4350K so they should be close to the headlights.

The install wasn't that hard at all. I did a little research on vzsup's old thread and salvo24 and his dad helped me out a little bit on the install. Take your time and it is easy. You can get some hints from my DIY thread here:

I love how clean it looks too, I think this is the best alternative for people with 99-01 so far. A lot less work that the Accord fogs where you have to Bondo the front.

I agree
I have 2 different set of Accord Foglight that didn't work 98-02 4Dr an 03-05 4dr. Both time i cut bumper cover out too much an it would fit right. Now base on your DIY an your GREAT pic, I can tell that it will fit perfect and NOW!! Only thing i have to do is just remove my mesh grill an add some FOGLight in there
