new bumper?
So im driving threw safeway parking lot and some idiot in a chevy tahoe gona stop in the middle of the road to let his damn kids out so I wait patiently behind him then he moves up a bit and another car is trying to back out, this mutha fucka gona put his car in reverse and not look back and back into my shit. The sad thing is he blamed it on his kid for gettin out the car and cussed him out infront of me, litteraly a 4 or 5 year old, and his other excuse was my car is "too low". Man im so fucken pissed about it but insurance is going to have to fix it. any ideas on what to do? get the stock bumper fixed, get a new one? or maybe even get the type s bumper if its possible. any positive feedback is welcome. (sorry bout the typing errors but im mad so i dont care :-p)

that damage is not worth it to fix. the shop will just order a new bumper.
but since it is his fault, his insurance should pay for everything so you have nothing to worry about.
just to let you know, the Type S bumper and the TL-P bumper are exactly the same, as in they have the same part number.
on another note, i was actually rear ended this past summer by an idiot in a Chevy Tahoe. interesting...

you mean the OEM lip kit? um insurance probably wont cover it, if i understand what your asking correctly.
The adjuster from his insurance company will most likely come by and assess your damage, then give you a quote. If you tell the body shop to add the lip kit to the cost report, the insurance company will probably get suspicious and ask the body shop why they need so much more money than the original estimate given by the insurance adjuster.
So to be safe, if you order the lip kit, you would have to pay for it yourself.
