Summer rims, just mounted them for an event.
I'm going to refinish them in a few days.

I'm getting them refinished right now, so my spring rims are back on lol.
Couldn't wait to see how they'd look mounted. I'll need more drop after I get my TE37's back.

Thanks.

Are you from Van-City by any chance?
I know a family with the same name.

Not sure if I want to replace the decals, I know they're authentic...
Maybe it will keep thieves away. Lol
Still too many "Knock offs" with decals. 😆

Just waiting on tires.
Can't wait to mount them, & see them in natural light.

Mine were gunmetal/anthracite from factory, they made my TL look more sporty like my spring rims do. I decided on the black chrome finish to get a more classy/exe feel to the look.
I'm happy with the outcome for sure.
Pics of your TL?
I love seeing other SSM TL's.

oops, I did read that yours were black chrome. they are cool!

I have a 3G and my silver is ASM.
my TE's are a little more aggressive than yours (okay, a LOT more)

if you dont mind me posting a pic...

Looks great!!!
I like the concave look for the next gen TE's, mine are nearly 11 years old according to the decal.
I'll just say my rims are period correct... Lol

^LOL!

I think mine were made in 2008. I still have the stickers on the barrel showing born date

also, the first thing i did was tear off the decal on the spokes! so ugly. lol

22!?!? Any fender mods to make them work, & how much drop?

BF Goodrich Comp 2's
Based on Reviews, word of mouth, & price, they were the 1's for me.
There's a promotion until May 29th on BF Goodrich too.

LOL!
the TE's came off an Evo. my buddy bought them for his STi, but didnt realize that they were different bolt patterns...

lucky for me, they fit my TL perfectly!

also, when i installed coilovers, i wanted to be cool and be low....so I DID have to roll my fenders a bit...a little bacon wavy fenders but it's just a car...

but now, I'm realizing that it sucks to drive low and every weekend, i raise the car up a bit.

remember, the 3G has a little bit more aggressive stance than the 2G.

but yes, i did roll fenders to accommodate being low, but now that im near stock height, I didnt really need too

Wow loving the white wheels! I am considering putting white wheels on my white TL... I am really digging the way it looks on yours a lot.

Really had to zoom in and squint to see the "bacon wavy" fenders. I think it's a case of you knowing it's there, so you see it more readily.

+1 for the pic with the water slide in the background.

They look sweet on your 3rd Gen. The gap isn't that bad either.
You have any pics with your car slammed?
There's no way your rims would work on my 2nd gen without major mods. Lol
I wanted concave TE's but couldn't find the right offset.
Lucky for you that STI is 5x100!

Someone sideswiped me on this fender yesterday, hit & run. Not too bad tho.
Choked, but it didn't touch the rim.

Thanks for the love bro!
Got the car back from the shop, it's looking good again.
I need to shoot a few updates after I get my fenders rolled.
