Aww I miss being this young...lol. Pretty. One lense is oxidized because one side was hit. If you want idea on exhaust that wont break you bank hit me up on aim-anfbro25/yahoo-anfbro27.

Most Acuras are sold with a protection pkg which includes oem mud flaps, trunk tray, and other things. No mud flaps with oem body kit. I chose to go the direction of painted mudflaps from factory (offered on 3rd & 4th gen TL's) and body side moldings. You can get auto/body shop to paint oem 2nd gen mud flaps and the look just as luxurious as other TL/RL's with them. Either direction looks good to me.

ha I was thinking the same thing. I think he says hes 17 in the vid no? I think the other stuff was sealant for under carriage to prevent rust and to preserve paint. Why do you ask?

woooow stop... 4grand and you are good. tops. remember cars loose value. for example u put 10k in a car worth 9k and its totaled from an accident, you only get what its worth. 9k not 9k plus what you put inn it. That's a big risk bro. I'm still waiting for my friend request. You def are showing that you are 16 by the dumb move you are wanting to make. 4 grand on that car or even less will bring that luxury car up to date and bringing u good attention.

Haha, I'm not putting aside 25k and thinking, "I am going to spend ALL of this IMMEDIATELY!" I'm simply setting aside a large enough budget to do all of the mods I want. If I have a leftover 15k, no biggie.
But since you guys object so much, maybe I'll just buy a new Lotus. They look promising.

Yes if someone puts 25k in a car hes planning to keep till hes in his 70's can only get riced out because there aren't even parts left for the 99 TL that equates to 5grand total. That's why this is confusing why he needs to put 25k aside for a 9k car. He's better off buying a 09 TSX. You mentioned again that you were 20 again but you are 16 like you said in a few threads b4 that. You've gotta be consistent bro or these guys will call you out for what it is.

I've been member of enough hi-end car forums to know. Stuff like this doesn't go over well with all the prolific members that try to make this a top quality forum. He also told me he didn't know he coiuld accept friend requests on facebook... Huh? What teen doesn't know all the inner workings of Facebook/Myspace/Twitter this is all getting on the verge of being sketchy.

Oh, I didn't realize you were talking about Facebook. Well, I didn't get a friend request, so you have the wrong profile.
Trying to make me out to be something I'm not won't work out well, as I'm a relatively honest person. As for the mods:
- 6speed swap
- Engine swap
- Super/Turbo charger
- Body kit
- Spoiler
- Suspension work (still need to do my HW)
- Audio setup
- Exhaust
- Interior Trim
Probably the most expensive change will be the repairs. My dad pinches pennies so hard that he has Lincoln imprinted on his thumb. After many bad repairs and an even worse paint job(like paint on my headlights), my car further suffered hail damage. Estimated repairs are ~10k right there. That's not including repair jobs that need to be re-repaired. Either way, I won't have time for the rest of January.
Also, I got a thirty point inspection at the dealership, and they said I need 10k worth of work. I'll have to pay for that too.

I've already taken care of the headlight over spray (thank god), but thanks for the tip. I just included that to demonstrate the severe extent of over spray. There is some paint of just about every external piece on my car, even my driver's side window. I haven't tried to remove that, as I didn't want to risk paint remover dripping into the door.
I live in Arizona, and driver's insurance isn't legally required if you pay the state treasury a 25k deposit. I still have driver's insurance, but I don't mind paying out of pocket if they don't cover it.
I'm not in high school, I have not received a friend request from you, and I am not 16 years old. I'm sure there is some misunderstanding here. Either way, thanks for the advice. You're a relatively generous person to show such interest in another.
