20s are very hard to pull off on the 2nd get TL becuase they ride high on the stock suspension and the wheel wells are not huge. The 3rd gen TL, however, sits a bit lower on the stock suspension and has more wheel well to fit 20s properly. The best combo on a 2nd gen is 19s and a drop.
However, your TL looks decent. I've seen MUCH worse looking 20s on a TL. Also, as long as your happy and you like how they look, who cares what other people think.

i think your car's nice! i usually dont like 20s on TLs but those look pretty good 
drop it 1.5" and leave your car kit-less and it will have a nice classy look

You can pull off the chrome look because your car is black. Any other color (except maybe silver) and it wouldn't have looked good.

i specifically searched and searched for a blak on blak 02-S w/navi so i could tint all around and put it on chrome 20's, im so happy with it. the only hatin on it i've ever heard is on here, which doesnt matter 2 me because half the cars i c on this site r butt-ugly anyways, lol. but dont get me wrong, i do c quite a few clean-ass rides on here, too! and no matter what, i always respect everyone else's preferences on their own car.

lighten up a bit bro, i've seen my share of ghetto, and ive been all around sacramento and the outskirts. I don't think there is a place that clears headlights because it is technically illegal to remove the amber reflector from the headlights. So you can either clear em yourself using the DIY found somewhere on this forum or at:
www.abunchofcars.com, or send them to a member on the board who is willing to do it for you.

hey dj, it shouldnt matter that clearin em out is illegal, front tinted windows r illegal too but i've always been able to get that done on all my cars

good point! just make sure when u get them done that they seal em properly, because you dont want any condensation in your lenses.
