meet my beeotch!
this is my newest project, i purchased this and my TL on the same day.
its a 2004 Honda CBR 600RR, I picked it up bone stock from the original owner, with 5,700 miles on it looking like this:
i rode it for 2 month's before it got to cold to ride, then i started spending time and $ on it to make it mine. now it looks like this:
since 8-8-08 i have purchased and installed:
Yoshimura stainless race exhaust
Michelin Pilot Power 2CT tires
clear alternatives integrated led tail light
flush mount led turn signal's
honda racing carbon fiber tank pad
honda 05 tank cover (black)
honda rear seat cowl
Grip-Fab plate relocation bracket
removed silver honda wing sticker's
i also purchased an Icon Airframe helmet, and will be purchasing an Icon motorhead jacket. Gear is a must!
plans before spring 2009:
wrap entire exhaust (header to the can)
power commander III usb fuel computer
40mm velocity stacks
K&N air filter
Drive black 520 sprocket kit with D.I.D. gold o-ring chain 16/43
ASV black clutch, and brake lever's
all of the work has been done by me on this bike.
just wanted to share my project.

bikes are fun...who cares what chicks like.
i gave my girlfriend 2 rides on this bike...i hated having a passanger so much that i purchased the rear seat cowl so people dont ask for ride's.
believe me, i love my girlfriend...but this bike is because i love bike's, not because chicks love bike's.

i have lifted the wheel off the ground a few times, but id rather keep the rubber side down.
thank you.
im going to pickup a zero gravity double bubble in dark smoke.
i will eventually have a carbon fiber front fender, and a rear hugger.
im not really into the ccfl ring's, my bike is more used for street, and will attend a few track days this year.

$300 to my lawyer, a little bit of my time, and it gets thrown out in court. she didn't have anyone in her car, and there were no other cars around. so it ends up being my word vs. her's...which does not go anywhere in court.

its not worth it man, i had a class 4 felony warrant for damage to property which is a $10,000 bond (i only had to pay 10% which was $1,000), but the only reason it got to a felony warrant is because when the detective called my home to question me, i never returned the call...so he figured i was guilty.
the detective told me when i turned myself in that if i would have called him back, all i would have had to do was fill out a report, and nothing else would have ever come out of it. but because i didnt call him back, he filed for a warrant so i had to fill out a report.
i guess it would have been worth it if i would have just called him back. haha
anyways, i get my $1000 back when they throw out the case...and the felony wont ever be on my police record because i wont actually be charged with a felony...which means this whole mirror incident will only cost me $300, and some time.
i get to keep my firearms too.
