i didnt like the chrome or clear white/yellow bulb either, they tend to fade in color quality as they age vs a colored glass which will not

ray - got some new moddies in the mail muhahahahaha
lou - http://jlevistreetwerks.com/store/pr...7ac602386a6da4
they were a pain in the ass but i just needed to refresher on how to rip my sills off again .. that and the painful process of manufacturing PVC rings was the real work. after that i had to extend the wires between each lamp, heat shrunk the tubing together, and superglued everything together then wire. if i were to do it again, prob an hour or so assuming i didnt need to file down rings and my soldering iron wouldnt die midway through ha!

This is easily one of the most beautiful TLs I have ever seen. I wanted these wheels for mine. Looking at yours makes me realize I need to switch to coilovers. lol. Words cant even explain this car........

Thanks bro.. My problem is the flushmount.... Cant bring myself to cut..
#79
^ yeah , no need for real flush mount in my opinion. what i did was filed some notches on the side i would screw the lamp into, then on the otherside, i filed it down a little because i had cut it really really jagged lol. but since the side without the lamp is the side touching the skirt, the hotglue will fill in any gaps if its not flush. i'll see if i can just get the rest of the 9 feet of pipe cut if you guys want some rings. pm me ur #
