There is an old saying, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." Brakes are too important to just buy some cause they are cheap and look cool. Just my

Make sure you properly break them in.

Drive easy on them for atleast 300-500 miles. Then if you want you can start to be harder on them

Thumbs up

I know that I'm new to this forum and my imput may not matter to some of u, but I got some rotors from r1concepts front and rear for my 2002 Lincoln Ls and they are great. It cost me about $150 shipped to Atlanta and the very good think about it is "they do not rust". I had several cross drill/slotted rotors on my Legends, 300Zx and others but i used to hate to go to the car wash or have my car park a few days.

I was just looking at those exact same Brembos.... Would you say it's worth it?

I'm just trying to decide if I'm up to installing them myself. Local shop wants $180. I had new pads put on (different shop) and the car now takes way longer to stop. My guess is the rotors need to be replaced?

brake lines? pads are worn out? doesn necessarily mean ur rotors are gone....look at them and u should be able to tell as well

I had the pads replaced about 4 months ago. Pedal feel is for shit and the braking distance has increased. Brake feel is not good. Took it back twice to have them rebleed the lines, same deal.

Rotors have 67k on them. If you run your fingernail over the rotor, it feels like a record. There are many grooves some more pronounced.
