Thanks guys! I'll snap some better pics later.
Its actually quite easy to do. I just replaced the bulbs with #74 LEDs found from this site: http://superlumination.com/74.htm its the first bulb on that page, you will need 5. Then search for subtledreamer's thread on how to take the dash apart.

Nevermind about the tripod, do something about your apparent arthritis first. lol
That looks very good, so everything was plug-and-play? Any hotspots or dim spots on the gauges?
And is it 5 bulbs for the whole cluster including the odometer? What about the needles and warning lights??

the odometer needs 3 #74 leds (single leds), different from the ones used in the speedo (tri power leds). There aren't really noticeable hotspots, if you are really picky then the top part from 100-130km/h may be a tad bit dimmer. But overall I was really satisifed with the outcome.
I left the warning lights stock.
