While that engine is out, I would do a really thorough engine bay cleaning. Glad everything is moving along nicely for you. I have a lot of respect for you that you are tackling this task on your own. It will pay off in the end. A lot of people will be surprised just how fast that car is. hahah
I'm sure fsttyms1 can verify that.

LoL it was all Joes crazy idea to do it in the schools garage. After we took out the motor we mounted it on a hand cart and pushed it down the street into the his building, up the elevator and into his dorm lol fun times.

You know whats funny, people driving in and out of the garage looking at us lifting out the engine lol. Not something you see everyday in a parking garage. Also all the people walking around outside when we were pushing the engine down the street haha. There's a first time for everything right?

Some more pictures...
So, we decided to take pictures of Mario's car since no one knows what it looks like while we procrastinated with the engine job... so here it is everyone...
And then the next day, Vinny came over and contributed to the project

Nice joe. good luck with the conversion. man there is a first for everything. i did not see you converting in the parking garage. haha. thats sweet at least they let you do that. glad to see my old wheels are holding up well. haha.
i was reading your comments on how you guys are doing the swap and i was thinking the same thing pulling a motor in a parking garage and rolling the engine down the road haha. looks like someone would be ripping off the car haha. man i would have paid to see that. must have been funny as hell haha.

lol Joe you posted under my screen name you n00b
You guys should see the pics of all the soldering and wiring up he did inside the cluster. Theres like a total of 20 LEDs inside the cluster itself, and he still hasn't gotten to the other stuff... Its gona look sweeeeeet

A little excessive but whatever works and as long as you are happy with the results. How many leds did you put in series per set?
