Thumbs up Island Import Day Pics

Well this was on Sunday October 23rd, 2011. The dudes who threw this event used acurazine Headquarters out in L.I which was Heckscher State Park. I usually throw epic car events at this spot. So me and a Friend did a crazy Cruise to the park which had about 400 cars and a shit load of state troopers.

This is how we showed up to the park about 400 deep with my boy with his Jag on bags, and my other boy with his TYPE-R...sickest DC2 in NY.

My Honda Inspire

Friends 800HP stage 3 HPF beast fastest vert on the East Coast.
Our crew name is ///MBOYZ

Another shot of my JDM Inspire

Cruising besides another member from our group ///MBOYZ he has white VOLKs and is slammed

Another Friend, his G37 is on Bags and are on his new Vossen wheels, he was recently featured at First Class Fitment on Canibeat and stance nation

Another friend a Member from Liberty VIP with one badd ass ACURA

My JDM brother with his TSX on 3pc wheels made in Japan......i refer to him as the person who brought the stretched looked to our Area with MB Battles.

another friend his sick DC2, the sickest DC2 out from NY, this kid did everything to this car.

we made our own JDM area, since they had so much cars we parked in the corner by the beach, which ended up being the area everyone passed threw when they left

Rob from Vraceworks in NY, this civic on real BBS wheels and that DC2 are 2 of NY's top JDM cars.

boys Jag

Yes those are all real IS-F's

Me and my Friend had a JDM checkpoint at the carmeet lol

I got more pics of other cars, will post them later!

^ i guess cause a company (forgot the name) makes is-f replica body kits/exhaust tips/etc. i've seen those.. lame. if you want a real one, just buy it!

but damn.. those are some really clean rides.. the g37 on vossen wheels.. i've seen so many g37's rocking the same vossen wheels down here in socal.

why'd you switch back to the type s wheels? it made your car look higher LOL.

And I kinda got tired of the black wheels, but dont let the Type-S fool u, it still sits hella low....the only car I seen really rockin Vossens was that Blue accord coupe with the roof rack with white Vossen wheels, besides that this G37 was the first G37 to have it featured over and over on StanceNation and Canibeat, check there facebook page

when I seen 03tLsNBP I was like dam thats one sexy 2nd GEN, reminded me of Josh's 2nd GEN with the blacked out headlights, except we were on the east coast lol, thanks for coming out again 03tLsNBP!

And i tried my best to get Acurazine members out for this event, over and over and over. But they were some true A-holes, they said things that this carmeet was gonna be boring at this spot and it got boring as years went by, and some people didnt want to drive far, blah blah. They even had some members who made seperate threads clearly stating they didnt like this event and how they wanted to do their own......smh those fools were so shocked at the turnout, we rolled with about 400 cars for miles, and we filled that entire lot up! crazy! They had so much cars to me it wasnt even walking distance, u had to drive! But as for some Azine members who didnt even wanna show support, I refer to them as true 's

sick rides there. For some reason I can't see some pics, they just aren't loading up.

And are you saying that there is a company that makes fake IS-F body kits, and rear as well with the tips and all and people actually buy it? I wouldn't rock that back bumper with those tips on a stock IS-F let alone get a fake one and put it on a is350/250 haha

FYI next time u wanna investigate u should ask the Chapter leader of NY if he removed majority of my previous posts in that thread and in another thread, after I kept telling those dudes to attend. So what u are seeing now is only half of it, I told him to clean the thread up and he did. Main goal was to bring everyone out to have a good time and take great pics. Those dudes rather have a 20male dinner date rather than attending a nice carmeet, taking some pics and having a great time. I wouldnt really care it they didnt want to attend. Atleast wait for this event to be done with, to create another meet, instead they just created another thread a few days after I made my thread I was like WTF? I was getting so much negative feedback, I had to handle it.

Yeah that thread is edited A LOT. If you really want to know what happened you need to have been there.

Basically, a lot of people weren't really feeling the Heckscher meet because:

-they didn't want to deal with bullshit from the Civic crowd
-someone died on the way to the last meet in July and people weren't comfortable driving on that road (even though there was a caravan with his family to the meet in his honor)
-the meet was too big
-they wanted Acurazine only
-they were tired of driving out to Long Island and wanted a meet in Bronx/North Jersey

There was a bunch of other reasons but those were the gist of it. At least, that's what I got out of it.

They missed out though. It was a great meet and we got to see some really unique cars.

It was a great turn out regardless if they came out, but they had so much dout of it not being successful at all. And kidduce you first sounded like a cool person, but when u went back to the regions forum and posted what I said here in our 2nd Gen thread u definitely changed my mind, u snitched me out bro, even Josh didnt do it, and me and Josh always argued before. You posted what I said over here there, and come on my thread and post "this isnt exactly how it went down" are u forreal? whats the purpose of that? adding more fuel to a fire? or you just love drama?

Don't take it as snitching. Reading both sides I Couldn't really tell what anyone was mad about, at first it was more of a show reading through the opinions. I should have never said anything and let you guys figure it out. Yeah I did add fuel, shouldn't have instigated but if you have a solid point and reasoning behind your argument theres nothing to hide.

Don't know why this is still going. I have nothing against you, you have a clean car and. Contribute to the site. Thanks for keeping this side of the forum going.
