How Japan is doing it.

Probably a small part of Japan is doing this, but I still find it quite odd...fenders are cool though, minus the rust.
Discuss.

yea rusted stuff is just personal taste, not everyone is gonna like it, come on I mean, your car is rusted, stop being poor and get that thing replaced haha I like it though, but not on a TL. On a rat style mkI for sure, even some mkII and mkIII. But that TL just doesn't pull it off at all.

Doesnt look like pass side is rusty to me either. I think rust looks terrible along with the fogs... stance and wheels look good though.

Purposely rusting body pannels is retarded. Great way to ruin a nice car.

I'm just trying to understand the hype behind the rusted look. I mean yeah, the older euro cars who rust/age naturally look quite astonishing, but purposely speeding up the process...and only one spot...looks ridiculous to me.

I'm sure it will catch on here lol. Look at what else is influenced by Japan here in the us.

Why is Japan supposed to have better looking cars than the us? Don't get it. Is it the parts ?

If it didn't have that rusted fender, his car would look better than your car. JS.

LOL this cars don't have to have a lip kit to look nice, especially the 02-03.

And why are you bashing on his roof rack when you have one too? haha

YEH but he still has that rusted Fender FTL

-about the lip kit part, its just an add on, I can take the whole shit off tomorrow and not to sound cocky, still look fresh, at first I preferred our cars without the lip.

And I wasn't bashing his roof rack, Its called constructive criticism, not to mention I had the current fairing they sell on the market and noticed how much better it looked with the bigger O.G Yakima fairing.

I honestly was expecting to see our 2nd Gens on some crazy insane wheels in Japan poke'in and just sitting ridiculous like Blackrains TL in Hawaii.

that's cause he's working on matching them, he's got the other panels at home going through their "rusting" phase.
