I would think in NYC 18s would be a little scary with the roads... pretty small sidewall with those tires. Have you had 18s on ur ride previously...
I'm in Philly and am debating between 17s and 18s
my buddy bent his 18 in one month on his GTI. he says DON't DO IT. they look alot better though.
