Thanks and dropped yes...but not the way i want it to be...the previous owner cut the springs and i dont have enough money for coilovers

I suggest getting new replacement springs for the time being.

Very nice! I was looking for an 03-04 Cobra awhile back and on svtperformance and moddedmustangs there are diy's on cutting your springs. Definitely not the preferred or suggested method of lowering a vehicle but personally would recommend a set of used teins or h&r's lowering springs. They are in the black market all the time. I bought mine used for $140.
