So i finally put on my lipkit today. I will get it painted next weekend, and get any neccesary body work done. Here are some pics..

damn son, that thing is lookin busted up. Kit needs new paint thats matching of course which obviously i kno you plan on doing and gots to get rims and darker tints and maybe a stock spoiler if your into that or whatever. Anyways, good job installin the WW KIT.

i just got tein ss and have not installed them yet because i am waitng for my tires for my rims to come. anyway what kinda drop is that and is that no finger gap all around. sick drop. let me know wuts up

Why put the bodykit on before it's painted? I would have left the kit off until it was fully painted On a positive note, your drop looks nice

Looks good but it's easier and cheaper to paint the kit off the car because now they'll try and charge you to paint the whole car.

OK thanks for the positive and negative comments. BUT heres the deal. The gash by the headlight was because I got into an accident(i rear ended a nissan sentra). like i said in the 1st post all of that will be fixed when i take it to the shop to get the WHOLE car painted. The reason the kit is on the car now IS because I am painting the WHOLE car over. Thanks again.

Damm, i know it was bad, but i didnt think it was that bad "busted"-LOL- Obviously it will get painted to match the car(Im actually painting the whole car over. rims definately, maybe the end of this month. Tints i doubt it, maybe a light one, once I get the tv's in there. And spoiler Im not sure of. I like the one "VTEC01" has. Im trying to get the car ready for summer and all the meets, V6p meets and acurazine meets, and I wanna go to HIN lookin nice(not entering though). But thanks for the feedback man, I really appreciate it.

From the accident. I hit that lady pretty hard. I was running someone, and then she decides to make a right,and take FOREVER to make the damm turn. so i couldnt slow down in time, I downshifted and slammed on the brakes. And since my car front is so low and her bumper is high it really messed me up. It was worse but me n my boys did a little ting-lol. and fixed it up. But itll get all fixed up when I put it in the shop to get it painted.

I'm liking the kit on the tl.. i'm still looking for one of my own.. I must sya, with clean 16's on your ride, and it dropped.. it definitely looks nice.. almost eliminates the need to get new rims.. but then again.. you never know.. haha

cant believe u have ur car dropped and have lipkit in Newyork..... im in Newyork and i only dropped my car cause of the pot holes and messedup road man..... Ne ways Good Luck with ur lipkit, drive carefully on the road with the lipkit on....

You dropped your car because of the potholes and bad roads?? I dont think I understand. To me its not that bad, I guess its a skill-lol. But you just gotta know where the holes and bumps are, and swerve from them. And i cant drive fast on roads im not familiar with, most of the time im concentrating. Well thanks for your comment

Yeah.. you're crazy putting a lip kit on your car... I won't be surprised if i'm waiting in a line of traffic because you're the one in front driving speratically to avoid potholes.. haha.. in manhattan, I'm sure you'll have a field day. haha,... Although i'm from bklyn, i'm always in queens, so i'll be looking out for your ass.. haha

Looks good, BUT i still would have waited to put the kit on till after the car is painted. You could/would have a better paint job with it off the car

Thanks. I was going to do that also, but everyone(my friends) were tellin me to put it on, since I am painting the whole car. This way it comes out smoother and the colors matchig up perfect. I actually spoke to a body shop and they told me its better to put it on then paint it also. And something about puttin it on with it painted(i dont remember, but it convinced me). I guess i'll see when its done.
