sweet pics man! hehe..... did you have any trouble putting on the strut bar? I heard the members on the board had to force it onto the car.

That strut bar was a pain in my ASS! I ended up taking it to a local performance shop. I wish I had my camera with me, it took two guys with crow bars and a third pulling with all his might to get that sucker in there. It is never coming out

Copland007,

Have you taken off your mudflaps yet? Let me know if you have. I am thinking about it. I've had my car since OCT and im a little concerned that i will have scratch marks on the paint when (if) i take them off. Did you have any noticeable scratch marks?? Thanks

Since I took delivery on 9-29 I have been watching my mud flaps carefully. Every time I washed the car I would pry them back and be sure to clean under/behind them. When I was working on the car last weekend I took off the front ones to inspect any scratches and I gladdly haven't found any. There were some scuff marks but they didn't get into the clearcoat. A little buffing and they were gone. Basically just some black plastic sh*t rubbed off the mud flap, but didn't actually scratch the car. I am going to take off the flaps for good either today or tomorrow, depends if I get out of work with enough effort I don't know about the rear ones yet. I'll let you know when I get them off in a day or so.

[ edit ] Just to add a side note, I don't know if this has any bearing, but when I applied klasse AIO and sealant to the car I also applied it underneath the mud flap where it makes contact with the paint. I know that klasse had to have helped with resisting rock dings on my hood, I haven't gotten a single new chip in my paint due to unidentified low flying objects (rocks), and I know I have been hit by a few good ones Again, I don't know if this has anything at all to do with Klasse, I may just be really darn lucky [ /edit ]
