a different king of before and after
ok, so a time long ago (early 2000's, when 24's were cool and I listened to exclusively hip-hop) I had received an acura and proceeded to turn it into a chevy suburban
then along came a civic and a sister, and it all came off. (thank god!)
and then I received it again a few months ago and the restoration began. but not to where you'd think....
BACK TO STOCK!
so thank you azine. I am 100x happier with my beloved now, then I was in college :-)
oh...though I had the good sense to keep one mod...
VSA doesn't work. but then again I never noticed it when I had the black dash so I guess it isn't that important

^ I guess that's kind of subjective no? either or is better than what I had
and both look better than stock..though both are stock in their own right

@ Rockstar: Yeah I see your point. and I was one of those people until about two weeks ago. hence why I order the inspire parts. and since I just dropped a nice wad of cash on it; i don't plan on spending more :-(
@Twisted: Yeah man I could have it sure would ford any type of water with the ride height that high!

So wait...you put in older tail lights, took off the OEM front lip, stripped the caliper paint, installed an oam spoiler, and why do you have a Type-S gauge cluster on a TL-P?? Looks like 2 diff cars.

oh a motor swap would have been nice :-)
to answer your questions, the lip had to be removed when I took the big rims off because I didn't do it properly and I ended up dropping the jack and cracking the lip. the tints were removed when I gave the car to my sister. the oem spoiler was reinstalled (came with the car). the pinstrips were removed when the car was painted, pillars were fixed during a bit of body work (sister had the door busted by her friend) and the tail lights aren't actually different taillights; there is stick on (aka really bad) chrome trim on the tails of the ride from back in the day. i didn't want to cut it down because it was thick so I used an xacto (poor choice) and just trimmed it to fit around the top (i don't know if you can tell) the rest is still amber, just washed out from the sun and such. and the tl-s gauges, like I said in the OP, it was the one mod that I kept. my GOOD friend owns a transmission shop, and is a honda freak so he helped me do it. (he's going to help me do a 6 sp. conversion in the near future as well)
I honestly wish that wasn't my car...but at one point in time it was :-(
any more questions?

and as for the caliper paint, I recently painted them green (for something different) those photos were shot after I had the car repainted, about a week ago. so yeah I had to remove the red
