nope its not illegal in va. depends on the state. since i tinted then i jsut upgraded the H.I.D.

you know, that's exactly what i have on my mind when i get my 02-03tl. TINT THE HEADLIGHTS.... and you don't see a lot of those around here in VA.... but i saw yours and i was like... damn!!! it looks nicer than i thought!!!
the only one thing i always think about is... does it let enough light through at night for you to see when you drive??
but yea man! i love it!
