'08 3g TL/Body colored mud flaps?

'08 3g TL/Body colored mud flaps?
Guys.....
I noticed that my dark blue TL, which had to have the lower end of the front bumper repainted because some BITCH took a stop sign; has been returmed in excellent condidtion. So excellent that even my mud flaps now are boy colored. Is that an immidiate sign of aftermarket paint? Or is the dealer fucking with me.....according to them, they mud flaps are body colored on all TL's if so equipped. If so, how come my silver 08 has the flaps matte black? Should be mad???

if u ask me I think the colored matched mudflaps brings out the body of your car more, it looks like its flared, compared to if it was black it would stand out
