yeah they were an impulse buy. i want to get a slim 5 blade chopper style chrome wheel. but i will put exaust and adjustible coil overs on before i spend the money on new rims.

System looks tight. That's a whole lot of boom...

Not feeling the rims, with a drop they might look good.

If you were top get the OEM body kit with wings west rear apron, and then either go with an air ride system or full coilovers then you could make the big rims work. They'll appear smaller, but they'll fill the wheel wells nicely. You'll probably have to cut the tabs inside the wells and maybe roll your fenders with a big drop though.

The system and trunk work looks real nice! Totally diggin the acura emblem too!

Not feeling the chrome wheels & why do you have 15in and them 2 of them at that in your trunk. The fabrication is done nice, but 2 12's would have looked & probably even sounds better.

like i mentioned before, if i could go back i would have got 12's. more room, different type of bass, on and on....but I have the 15's and they pound. its too much at times. i hardly ever listen to it loud anymore. nice to have when im sitting at a stop light pissing EVERYONE off though

As for the wheels..... I know this everyone. It was an impulse buy. (im bad about that)

And sorry for the title "tuckin dubs" i will keep the specifics like that in mind for next time..

im actually on factory tl-s wheels for winter....got to be careful around her KY. one day it will be 65 degrees and the next its snowing. Dont want to get stuck on some chrome rims in the snow/sleet/ice....we get more ice than anything here.

Headers add a good amount of power to our cars, but exhaust upgrades don't really add much power.

love the system
definitely needs to be lowered
rims can be better
personal choice:

PLEASE DO NOT do the suicide doors, they will look whack
as for the paintjob, do a nice 2 tone with NBP
and get the OEM kit

We are a tough crowd at first. Your taking the comments pretty well though so I'll be the first to give you props.

I say give him a year and his car will be sorted out. If you haven't noticed 20's on a TL is a No No unless your dumped on air ride and are running Works, AME's or something with a nasty lip.

LOL. Funny you say that about the harshness...I have a major sense humor. And everyone has their own opinion thats why its their own.

I appreciate the props! For the $8000 I have dropped into the car...I was hoping someone would.

Everyone:

Car also has: Viper Alarm (dont know what model, remote start and the key fob with a image of a car on it) Injen Cold air intake, 20% tint up front 5% on back. I think I already mentioned the Kenwood nav unit too, and Passport 8500 (not hardwired, i like the silence button) Gonna keep the rims off and try to sell them. Next purchase: Headers!!!

Yeah I didn't mean to come off hard for your first post. Just keep up w/the site and you will soon see how your views on modding your car will change. I was stock to the bone and thought I had the hottest ride out until I came upon this site and saw Rev-1 car and Boku's ride....then I knew I had to step up my game.
