Viper Siren Location

A buddy of mine is putting my viper alarm in and he brought up an interesting question. Would I want the siren inside the car (in the dash area) or under the hood. The advantages of having it inside the car in the dash would be that who ever is trying to break in and start fiddiling with the wires, they would go insane b/c the siren is loud as fuck. Of course the siren would be hidden nicely, but does anyone have this done?

Thats true, but think about it. Most people dont really give a shit when an alarm is going off. They just take a glance and go along with their day. I've seen it happen countless amount of times. I personally do this too when im at the mall parking lot; I see an alarm going off, take a glance, if I dont see anyone suspicous around, I just proceed with whatever I was doing. Maybe when its inside the car, you can still here it when you arm/disarm. I think if the theif was to here all this noise coming from inside the car, he would think twice about getting in. Seems more effective. Thoughts? Two sirens would be interesting..

TLsMD, lol 3 would be rape haha. Imagine that, I think that shit would be heard all throughout bmore.

i wonder if you put like 7 on your car and made someone go deaf if they would try and sue you
lol
i mean you could put one under each seat and one in the dash, one under the hood and one in the trunk, and maybe even try to figure out how to wire into your stereo speakers

i mean imagine the poor thief that breaks in gets his hearing shot, if i were him id try and sue too

Cool, I just got one through ebay. 8 Bucks shipped. You think one is enough for the inside?

TLsMD, I have a friend of mine putting it in from another forum. Its a pretty hard install. Electronics suck.
