Tsudo Axleback Exhaust

I have a 2000 TL with short ram intake and stock exhaust. I was thinking of buying Tsudo exhaust after seeing people recommend it here. I want it mostly for sound and looks. I do a lot of highway driving so I was wondering if this would be a bad move. I don't want it to sound too annoying when driving at highway speeds and was wondering if anyone had any insight on this. Thanks

Also I am not looking for anything too aggressive. Just something different than the stock sound. If anyone has any other suggestions let me know.

Well make sure you do your research and pick the best sound for you. The tsudos are nice for the price. There's no drone. The axle back straight pipe that was done by skirmich sounds pretty good also. Check his thread out under my straight pipe sounds. Or you can cut the resonator and mid muffler out replace with straight pipe leaving the back two mufflers. You can also put a magnaflow resinator if you don't want to put a straight pipe in place of the resinator. All of these gives it a nice deep non Ricey tone with no drone. Hope this helps

Thanks for the reply. I'll make sure to do my research. Gonna try to not do anything permanent so I can go back to stock if need be.

I have a 03 TL-S, 2nd Gen DC Sport headers, free flow cat, deleted mid muffler and factory resonator replaced with free flow Magnaflow resonator and the Tsudo Axel backs. Sound deep and throaty, no drone at all, compared to a G37 or 370Z sound. I love it (BTW, I went through about 5 iterations of different things before I came to this setup, learn from my mistakes). Also, at one point I had duplicated the straight pipe setup, had lots of drone...ugh.

So you're saying the lack of drone would make it good for highway driving?

Yes. Makes drving the car bearable.

Look around on the Internet. I'm sure someone will ship them up to you.
