Snow Performance - Water/Methanol

I was wondering if anyone here in the 2nd Gen. forum used the water/methanol injector kit from snow performance. I know a few people do in the 3rd Gen. forum, but they all use it with their s/c and i was wondering if anyone had the kit with a n/a engine and noticed any significant gains. Thank you

this system is only intended for systems with forced injection, otherwise have fun exploding

they sell kits for naturally aspirated vehicles. The idea is the same as with a supercharged or turbo charged vehicle and i'm pretty sure you'd use the intake as the source of injection. I was just wondering if anyone here has done so.

You won't blow up a NA motor by using water/methanol injection - its not all that combustible (and you aren't adding all that much anyway).

It helps out the forced induction cars more because the compression of air in the supercharger/turbo makes the air temperature rise - sapping power. The injection kit brings down the intake air temp by pulling the heat out of the air and into the mist of vapor - making more power. The bigger the drop in intake air temperature, the more power you gain. Sort of like an intercooler without the tubing and boost loss.
