Where did you purchase from? File complaints to vendor or whoever you purchased from, and maybe paypal if you went through them, maybe they can help or at least point you in the right direction.
and if it's UPS's fault file a complaint now, because they sure take their sweet ass time in the claims department. i'm still waiting on them to reimburse me for the ECU they lost a month ago.
shit that sucks..file claim with ups insurance will cover it....not the vendors fault, but yea...di du order form helltoe and shipped with ups to canada? how much was customs/clearance duty charge? musta got raped...
and what the hell is with the one picture of the guy still being in bed :scratchhead:
and if ups or whoever delivered it wants to be an ass, that spoiler does look fixable though (still basically intact), but you should not have to go through that bullshit though

they sell fiberglass repair kits at canadian tire, not sure how much it is. but if it was me i would just bondo it and repair...
it's not bonda, but they do make a special stuff like that for fiberglass though, then get it painted
and know that you have to be careful handleing it afterwards so it does not crack again (and once mounted, the window and doable sided tape will help hold it together)
