I just wanted to know what you guys think about fiberglass as lip kit, similar to the WW and OEM. There's a guy in my area that's selling one that identical to the OEM but its fiberglass. I know fiberglass cracks with ease but this is just a lip kit and its now that low to the ground.

Is there anything else I should know or I should ask the guy before purchasing? The price is a steel $450 CDN which is the main reason I'm remotely interested. Plus, my car is in the body shop getting a complete repaint and I could get the kit painted and installed for free.

wouldnt the old saying "you get what you pay for" apply here?? if it cracks easily stay away from it.. i just scratched up my front lip the other day and had it been fiber glass itd be cracked pretty badly.. i was lucky to get away with only scratches... id say just save up and go for a oem kit

Fit and finish with Fiberglass kits usually arent the best, they crack. Stick with the urethane kits

i have the OEM front, and fiberglass rear and sides. I don't scrape in the rear and sides so i'm not worried about cracking.
