NGK Iridium IX Spark Plugs for 02 TL-S

Hello,
Does anyone know if this NGK part# ZFR5FIX-11 will work for 02 TL-S? This part# is actually for TL-P. Thanks

fsttyms1, do you have any suggestions? I did the search but they don't seem to differentiate between the tl-p and tl-s, and the fact is that they don't use the same spark plugs. thanks

For NGK part numbers, the part # is ZFR5FIX-11 (TL-S application) or BKR6EIX-11 (NSX application/colder plug). I think the 4th digit is the heat range.

IK16 and IK20 are Denso part numbers. Stock is the IK16, and the IK20 is the colder plug.

NGK's are installed at the factory and the P/N on my 2002 TL type S are PZFR6E-11. These are platinum tipped. The Iridiums have a 6 in the p/n as well (I believe I got that from the NGK site)

yes, those are the ones for both the type s or TLP. you dont need a colder plug unless you put on a supercharger or some other forced induction.

NGK Iridium ZFR5FIX-11 vs IZFR6K11 for 02 & 03 TL-S

Another question, I am just wondering if ZFR5FIX-11 could be used on 03 TL-S as well; where 03 TL-S is shown to use IZFR6K11 but is hard to find. This way we can get 2 sets of ZFR5FIX-11 at the same time for both 02 and 03 TL-S.
Thanks much.

I looked at the NGK website and found 02 TL-S part# ZFR5FIX-11 and 03 TL-S part# IZFR6K11 for the iridium spark plugs. My friend wants one set too, but his is 03 TL-S. So I was wondering if I ordered two sets of ZFR5FIX-11, will it work on his 03 TL-S. He was saying the part# IZFR6K11 was hard to find for a good price. Sorry for the confusion.
