You don't have to remove the whole bumper. Remove the top clips around the grill area and the 2 fender screws. Then remove the 2 10mm head bolts (one on each side) under the bumper.Remove the 2 push scres on each side with a flat head. You whoulc now be able to pull the bumper a bit forward and flip it up and forward with the lower middle splash guard still connected. (put rags on the bumper tips so they won't scratch the fender).
Then use a 10mm and an extension to remove that resonator bolt.
When you install the lower piece to make it a cold air, slide theupper piece out the coupler just a bit to where the T bolt catches right before the beveled lip on the pipe.
