Is it worth the money? Depends how you look at it. There are several factors:

-Quality
-Gains
-Cost

I'd say the best Gains/Cost ratio would be getting headers. The ATLP cat-back is $1000 and only yields ~10hp. That's around $100 for 1hp, so it's not worth it to me. I'd recommend getting a custom cat-back.

As for Quality, I wouldn't skimp on some items. For example, don't get eBay no brand headers. On the other hand, a cheapo eBay intake would work just fine. It depends on the part.

If you have any detailed questions, just hit the search. There's everything you could want to know on these forums.

Thanks, Yeah I was looking threw some of the post and saw similar advice as far as the Exhaust go's. So would it be more expensive to do a custom Exhaust as opposed to the ATLP Exhaust, and what would the benefits be to custom?
The headers on the other hand seem to be worth it from what I read just wanna make sure the CT header are the best ones to go with.

I'm going to get an A&E air filter

CT headers are the best headers, I think a custom exhaust may be cheaper than a bolt on exhaust.

hmmm. but do u think it would sound and preform better then the CT?
And if u didn't like it, its gonna be hard to try and sell a custom exhaust

get way better brakes, attend 3 or more `track day` high performance driving schools on a real race track with a pro racer as your personal coach!
then think about making the car faster~

cheap fast power mod- lightweight crank pulley, go from 10 pounds to under 2 at the end of crank!!!
now the engine spins up FAST to vtec rpm,, where more fuel and air can be processed for more power

If you're cool you'd just unbolt your headers and call it a day.

Do some research man, how the hell should we know what muffler you want
