Jsepc spoiler installation is the exact same as the OEM spoiler cept u have to drill another hole in the middle. Search for how to install the oem spoiler on this forum.

if you don't want to drill 2 holes in the center, you can cut the bolt in the center with a dremel or the like and then snake and extend the wires down the left side of the spoiler. This way it will mount exactly like an oem USDM spoiler. Also those lights are green, which is illegal in the states. You'll need to change them to red like the canadian ASPEC spoiler is.

they are not blubs. They are leds. 6 in each light. You would have to cut each light open with a dremel. De-solder the leds and then resolder your red ones. Then glue and seal the lights back together again.

i would proably think like 194's or so (are't they those mini wedge bulbs)
btw i did see that auction earlier this week but i want a camera preferably a color one

as for the install, look up a install for a normal spoiler (trunk should have little dimples on the inside from what i hear, so you would just drill through them, pilot hole from inside first then the correct size drill bit from the outside) and just drill additional holes for the center (i would do the center cause i know when i buff the trunk lid the factory spoiler vibrates like no other and is annoying as f***, but the center would hold it tight and keep it from vibrating

u could alwasy use double side tape instead of the bolt(s) for teh center. They lights are not 194's, the are LEDS, 6 of them on a circuit board. I've converted probably 4-5 sets of these over the years.

yeah i just looked above my post , i think you posted while i was typing, i'm slow
and the doable sided tape would work especially the 3M stuff used for molding and such, only thing i see with it, is it might raise the center a little bit, but removing that weather stipping would proably take care of that since you don't really need it cause you aren't drilling any holes in the center, just make sure to plug the holes in the spoiler though really well

i had picutures with the corrisponding diy that i posted a couple years ago, but the pics are gone due to my webhost shutting down. If you are good with soldering then u really don't need a diy. Just buy some wide angle red LEDS off ebay, as bright as u can get and you are good to go. Just need a dremel and some good waterproof sealent/adhesive to seal the lights back up after you cut them open. I could also do them for you if you want for a small fee.

Easiest way is to push them from the bottom of the spoiler. THere is a hole under each side lamp. Just take like the handle from a screw driver and push them out. Or u can try prying them with a thin flat head but you will mess up the paint, unless u are getting it repainted. The silver tabs are screwed into the spoiler and hold the lights in.

you have to cut throuh the solid plastic. Using a dremel and a cutoff wheel, then use a razor blade after to clean up the edges, etc. Use that gray foamy strip as a guide of where to cut right under it all the way around.
