Iridium IX® spark plugs

Could anyone tell me if these plugs are any good? Should I stick with the OE plugs? Not sure what to buy.

Are those made by NGK or Denso? If either, yes, they are good.

I have the NGK.no complaints

and yes they are quality plugs.
