Acura 3.2 TL, 2nd Gen. models: ~'99>'03~
Hey Stephen Singh, welcome to Acurazine !
If you need any spare parts, check out the "Black Market" sub-forum for new and used items of all sorts for our TL's. If buying "used" suspension parts, be careful of the condition due to wear. Oftentimes considering the effort involved with labor, it's wise to purchase "new" parts in my opinion. :2cents: If your local auto salvage recyclers have any '99 to '03 TL sedans, the parts from them will all interchange with your 2000 model. The exception being that the '99 has a slightly different drivetrain, mainly due to the older 4 speed AT. There's a ton of 2nd Gen TL's out there with bad trannys, but with all sorts of good parts. The "S" model's suspension is upgraded, but with some extra effort should work. Some other options are the Acura CL 2 dr coupe, which shares alot of drivetrain / suspension parts with the TL sedan and lastly some of the sister Honda Accord V-6 parts, especially with the newer improved tranny's being an excellent donor for our TL's. |
All 99-03 TLs use the same suspension.

Is the '99 a 4-speed? If so, then no. Not without major work.
