I was wondering wondering about the pre-cut headlight film. I smoked out my taillights on my own and they are all black. And I know if I wanted to i can change them if and when i get too many problems with the cops. I was wondering if the headlight film is worth it.

and if i decide not to do it... would the 02-03 headlights fit on my 2000 tl-p?

 

also my headlights are pointing to low... is there a way i can raise them up just a little bit? i thought in hondas they have the adjustable headlight where you can make it shine higher on the ground. Maybe I'm wrong. But thanks
