Exclamation Greddy SP2 catback exhaust?

I noticed that there is a Greddy SP2 cat-back exhaust system for the 98-02 Honda Accord V6, and I remember reading that the Magnaflow catback for those same Accords will fit our 2nd gen TLs with just a simple 2.5" extension to the piping. The problem is I can't seem to find any good exhaust sound clip videos of a TL or even a V6 Accord with the Greddy SP2 cat-back on it so I don't really know how it would sound on my 2002 TL-P.

The link for it is here: http://www.racingworks.com/greddy_ex...p2_catback.htm

The part number is GRE-10157021.

I have heard this Greddy SP2 catback system on a few other cars on youtube such as the IS350, 350Z, Maxima, etc. to try and get at least a rough idea of how it would sound on my TL. Does anyone have this Greddy SP2 on their 2nd gen TL, and if so can you please give me some feedback on how you like it and how it sounds, what the piping size is (2.25", 2.5", etc.) on it, and also will it bolt right up to my 2002 TL-P with no other modification except for just the 2.5" pipe extension just like with the Magnaflow catback for the Accord V6?

From what I have seen and heard so far on other import V6s on youtube like the IS350 and 350Z the Greddy SP2 sounds really good, nice and deep and smooth without any noticeable rasp or drone to it. It seems to be fairly quiet in general but with just enough tone to sound deep and aggressive without being overkill which is EXACTLY what I'm looking for. I don't want a loud and raspy sounding catback exhaust that drones and sounds ricey in any way, I want something smooth and quiet with just enough sound to be fun, and the Greddy SP2 seems to fit the bill very well as it is supposedly one of the quietest catback systems out there with dual-tone resonators inside the mufflers and all. Can anyone give me any feedback on the sound of it on a 2nd gen TL, and if possible does anyone have any video clips of the Greddy SP2 catback on a TL or even a V6 Accord for that matter? Thanks in advance.

Well can anyone at least let me know if the Greddy SP2 cat-back exhaust for the 98-02 V6 Accord will fit with no problem on my 2002 TL-P with nothing more than a 2.5" extension to the piping?
