I am new to TL's but not new to hotrodding.

Anyways, I have an 02 TL-S and I want to buy a new cold air intake and a hi performance chip for the thing. I need more power and maybe better highway gas mileage.

Can you tell me the best ways to go a chip and best best cold air intake?

AEM, Injen OR the Icebox for intakes.

There are NO chips for the TL. You want power get a Header, Intake And Pulley

Great to hear. What about a flash for my ECU? are there companies that do that?

There is a company, Jet Performance, that will flash your ECU. I got an ECU re-tuned by them a while back, but I haven't even really wanted to try and put it in, after hearing everyone tell me it would be more of a hassle and I still might end up losing performance.

As far as best header, go with XS, the price lately has been under $100 and I haven't heard of any big complaints about them.
