ceramic vs stainless steel headers

which wud b better i hear da stainless wud b alot heavier but da ceramic wudnt it b weaker?

u prob gon wan go wid da stainless cuz i bet ceramic don even last dat long b4 it start leakin n shit, knaw mean? don wurry bout da weight, it no big thang compared to da HP gains

Also, our cars have relatively weak engine mounts, which can cause excessive engine movement. Ceramic headers tend to be cheaper, so they will probably have poor quality flex pipes. This will lead to problems along with potential noise. Then again, you may have these problems with cheaper stainless steel ones as well.

Both are around the Same in weight only Ceramic is Cheaper but the Finish will Peel off in a couple of years... SS Headers are the Best but depends on BRAND!

IMO:
Comptech makes the best SS Headers.
DC makes the best Ceramic Headers.

Headers arent made out of ceramic, they are ceramic coated. It keeps the heat in the headers which is a good thing. The best would be ceramic coated ss.
